Max's career in law began as an Assistant District Attorney at the Haywood County District Attorney’s Office from August 2016 to October 2019, and included a role as an Admission Advisor at Emory University School of Law from October 2019 to December 2020. Max also gained experience as an Attorney Contractor at Womble Carlyle Sandridge & Rice, LLP between January 2016 and August 2016. Max holds a Juris Doctor degree from Elon University School of Law (2015) and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (2011).
