Steve Grabenstein

Steve Grabenstein is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in trust and estate disputes, fiduciary litigation, and guardianships, currently serving as a Partner at The Van Winkle Law Firm since June 1992. Prior to this role, Grabenstein was an Assistant Attorney General at the Tennessee Attorney General's Office from January 1988 to May 1992 and served as Legislative Director for Senator Jim Sasser in the United States Senate from 1985 to 1988. Grabenstein holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, where a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in History was also earned. Additionally, Grabenstein is certified as a mediator for matters in North Carolina Superior Courts and before Clerks of Court.
