Victor Pang

Victor Pang serves as the Chief Financial Officer at the Vancouver Fraser Port Authority, overseeing Canada's largest and most diversified port since 2016. In addition to this role, Victor held the position of Interim President and CEO at the Canadian Chamber of Commerce until October 2023 and has experience as Managing Partner at Advenico Finance Consulting, where an executive-level Business Management System was implemented for a Fortune 150 company. Previous roles include Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis at CHC Helicopter, where global responsibilities encompassed strategic and financial planning, and various positions in financial management and operations at companies such as Philips Lighting, Placer Dome, and General Mills. Victor Pang holds a Bachelor of Laws from The University of British Columbia, a Bachelor of Commerce from The University of British Columbia, and has completed an Executive Program in Leadership at Stanford University.
