VP, Brand Strategy at The Variable

Jennifer Ganshirt has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various roles and industries. Jennifer is currently the VP of Brand Strategy at The Variable, a position they have held since January 2023. In this role, Jennifer has been instrumental in driving the agency's innovative approach to insights by leveraging proprietary big data tools, consumer conversations, behavioral science, and creativity. Jennifer has successfully led strategic work for clients such as Lowes Foods, P&G, Soffe, and Duke Health.

Before their current position, Jennifer held several roles at Mullen, including EVP Director of Strategic Planning from 2007 to September 2013. Jennifer was also a Co-founder and Managing Partner of Frank About Women, a marketing to women consultancy at Mullen. Additionally, they served as SVP Planning Director, VP Associate Planning Director, and Sr. Strategic Planner at Mullen during different periods.

Jennifer's work experience also includes a role as Director of Marketing at The Picture People from 1997 to 1999. Prior to that, they worked as an Account Supervisor at Foote, Cone & Belding from June 1993 to September 1997, and as an Account Executive at Euro RSCG Tatham from November 1989 to June 1993.

Jennifer Ganshirt attended Boston College from 1984 to 1988 and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree. Jennifer'smajor area of study was Sociology with a focus on Communications.
