Ruby Anaya

Ruby Anaya is an experienced product manager and consultant with a diverse background in technology and operations. Currently a Product Manager at Community Sponsorship Hub since June 2024, Ruby also serves as a Venture Partner at The Venture Collective, focusing on supporting underrepresented founders. Ruby founded Anaya Creative LLC in August 2018, providing operations, product, and UX consulting services. Previous roles include Principal Product Manager at Grindr, Senior Advisor and Head of Product at Swing Left, and Director of Culture and Product Management at WeWork. Ruby's career spans multiple prestigious companies including Yahoo, Tomfoolery, and AOL, showcasing significant expertise in product management and development. Ruby holds a B.S. in Biology from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and further education from California State University, Monterey Bay.
