Currently, Simon J is the General Manager at The Venues Collection, overseeing 300 beds, 70 meeting rooms, extensive food and beverage options, and a branded Leisure Club. Prior to this, Simon J has held similar positions at Macdonald Hotels & Resorts, Melville Castle, Edinburgh Capital Hotel, and glh Hotels, managing various hotel facilities and services. Additionally, Simon J has served as a General Manager at Salterns Harbourside Hotel and Cadogan Hotel.
