Randy Hesiak

Randy Hesiak has extensive experience in the financial industry, with a focus on the lending sector. Randy started their career at Aon as a Senior Credit Analyst from November 1997 to November 1999. Randy then joined Wells Fargo, where they held various roles, including Credit Analyst, Senior Credit Analyst, and Credit Manager from 1999 to 2007. During their time at Wells Fargo, Randy played a key role in managing credit departments, making loan decisions, and developing relationships with dealer partners. In 2007, they became the Vice President and Regional Business Center Manager at Wells Fargo, responsible for managing a full-service regional indirect auto finance center. In this role, they oversaw a team of 40 members and was accountable for a $1 billion+ portfolio business. In 2018, Randy joined Veridian Credit Union as the Manager of Indirect Lending, where they led a team of 34, grew the auto portfolio to $3 billion, and achieved significant market share rankings in Iowa and Nebraska/South Dakota. In August 2023, they were promoted to the position of VP of Indirect Lending at Veridian Credit Union, showcasing their successful track record and leadership abilities in the industry.

Randy Hesiak obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, where they studied from 1979 to 1984. Later, from 1986 to 1988, Randy pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Finance at the College of Business in California State University-Long Beach.
