Erin Pelletier has extensive experience in technical support and systems management, currently serving as a Systems Technician at The Vermont Country Store since February 2020, with previous roles as a Desktop Support Technician. Erin co-owned a small business while also working as an Overnight Stocker at Walmart and has a solid background in systems engineering at Orvis from 2008 to 2018. Proficient in backup and recovery software, Windows server environments, and VMware, Erin has played a critical role in various technical enhancements and training initiatives throughout the career, including system migrations and cross-training programs. Additionally, Erin has held positions at Rutland Regional Medical Center and The Vermont Country Store, illustrating a strong foundation in IT support and customer service. Education includes studies at Community College of Vermont and Mount Washington College.
