Emma McManus

Emma McManus (nee Lavin) has over 18 years of professional experience in project and program management roles. Emma is currently working as the Head of Delivery - Financial Services at The Very Group since June 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Lloyds Banking Group as a Programme Manager from June 2017 to June 2023. Earlier in their career, they held positions at Betfred as a Programme Manager and Senior Project Manager from 2012 to 2017. Emma also worked at Enterprise Plc as a Change Project Manager, implementing a Shared Service Centre and later managing the Training Services Team from 2010 to 2011. Before that, they worked at Vodafone as a Project Manager from 2007 to 2010, and at Groundwork Manchester, Salford & Trafford as a Commercial Manager from 2005 to 2007.
