James Fitzsimmons has a diverse and extensive work experience in digital marketing. James currently works at The Very Group as a Digital Marketing Lead since 2019. Prior to that, they worked at Shop Direct from 2014 to 2019, where they held various roles including Digital Display and Paid Social Lead, Digital Display Lead, Digital Display Manager, and Paid Social Media Executive. Before their time at Shop Direct, James worked at Latitude Digital Marketing from 2012 to 2014 as a Senior PPC Executive and PPC Executive. James also worked at Arvato Services from 2008 to 2011 as a Subject Matter Expert, where they reviewed legal and editorial compliance of Bing PPC ads and acted as a point of contact for editorial queries.
James Fitzsimmons completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Hispanic and Latin American Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics from the University of Liverpool between 2003 and 2008. In addition, they obtained certifications in Display & Video 360 and Google Ads Search from Google in April 2020.
