Melissa Poland

Melissa Poland is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business risk and compliance management. Since April 2018, Melissa has served as a Senior Business Risk Manager at The Very Group, after holding several positions at Shop Direct, including Compliance Assurance Officer and Payment Negotiator, from August 2008 onwards. Additionally, Melissa acted as the Business Risk & Assurance Manager for SHOP DIRECT GROUP FINANCIAL SERVICES LIMITED from November 2016 to September 2023. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Sports Studies from Edge Hill University and completed education at Savio High School between 2000 and 2007.
