Niamh Donnelly has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Niamh began their career at AXA Assistance as a Customer Care Breakdown Assistant, where they handled incoming calls, utilized problem-solving skills, and coordinated breakdown assistance. Niamh then moved on to Promod, where they worked as a Floor Supervisor. Niamh later joined PepsiCo as a Brand Marketing Intern, contributing to brand strategy plans, event planning, NPD support, and social media management. Niamh then worked at RB, first as a Go To Market Executive and later as a Brand Activation Manager for Household and Personal Care brands, overseeing ATL and BTL brand activation, POS development, and budget management. Niamh further developed their marketing expertise at the Irish Blood Transfusion Service, serving as a Marketing Executive responsible for executing marketing and brand strategies, managing stakeholders and agencies, and overseeing ATL and BTL campaigns. Currently, they hold the position of Brand and Sponsorship Lead at The Very Group.

Niamh Donnelly has a diverse education history. In 2000-2006, they attended Our Lady's Bower Secondary School and completed their Leaving Certificate (Honours) with subjects including Accounting, Chemistry, Geography, Maths, Irish, English, and French. Niamh then pursued their undergraduate degree in Commerce International with Spanish at University College Dublin from 2006 to 2010. In 2008-2009, they participated in an Erasmus program at Universidad de Salamanca, where they studied various subjects such as Dirección Comercial, Sociología del consumo, Sociología de la empresa, and Financiero Internacional. Later, they completed an MSc in Marketing at UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School from 2011 to 2012. Niamh'smost recent educational achievement is a (DMI) Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing from IBAT College Dublin, obtained in 2018-2019.
