Sara Jones

Sara Jones has extensive experience in administrative and customer service roles within the financial services sector, currently serving as a Personal Assistant to the CEO at The Very Group since July 2020. Previous positions include Personal Assistant - Financial Services at Shop Direct from November 2013 to July 2020, alongside roles focused on customer experience improvement and coordination. Earlier experience includes working as a Social Media Advisor at Serco from September 2011 to November 2013. Sara holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Marketing from the University of Liverpool, obtained between 2008 and 2011.
