Jennifer Mello Cruz, CFE, currently serves as the AVP and Fraud Officer at The Village Bank since March 2023. Prior to this role, Jennifer was the Financial Crimes Unit Operations Manager at Rockland Trust from November 2021 to March 2023. Between September 2010 and November 2021, Jennifer held the position of VP of Fraud Prevention and also served as Assistant Security Officer at East Boston Savings Bank. Earlier in Jennifer's career, from September 2004 to September 2010, Jennifer worked as an Assistant Branch Manager at Danversbank. Jennifer earned a B.S. in Criminal Justice from Salem State University.
