Richard Lienau

Richard Lienau has extensive experience in human resources and facility management. Currently serving as a custodian at The Village Church since January 2021, Richard previously held significant HR leadership roles at GAF and Georgia-Pacific LLC, where responsibilities included ensuring compliance with corporate policies and implementing hiring processes to strengthen organizational culture. Richard's earlier career at Affinia encompassed a wide range of HR and operational duties, overseeing a diverse workforce and managing employee communications. Additionally, Richard has expertise in industrial engineering and production management, having improved operational efficiencies and cost savings in various roles. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and further education at the University of Missouri - Saint Louis.
