Stephanie Lentsch

Stephanie Lentsch is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in accounting and financial management. Currently serving as Controller at The Village Company since November 2021, Stephanie previously held roles including Project Consultant - Accounting Manager at Robert Half Management Resources and Interim Assistant Controller at Paradigm Education Solutions, where responsibilities included leading teams in accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial reporting. Prior to this, Stephanie managed accounting operations for various organizations, including AAA Minneapolis and EMC Publishing, demonstrating expertise in financial statement preparation, budgeting, process improvement, and system implementation. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus on Accounting from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management.
