Lauren Hall

Lauren Hall has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Lauren currently holds the position of Vice President, Development and Communications at The Village Family Services, where they develop fundraising and revenue strategies for the organization while advocating for homeless youth, foster youth, and mental health accessibility. Additionally, they manage the Board of Directors and implements internal and external communications strategies. Prior to this, they worked at the American Heart Association as a Sr. Development Director, Corporate Impact, where they sourced and cultivated partnerships with corporate sponsors and led a team to significantly grow an event and generate substantial revenue. Lauren also served as the Business Development Director at the American Heart Association. Earlier in their career, they were the Director of Development at the Jim Mora Count On Me Family Foundation, where they executed the foundation's grant cycle, fundraising campaigns, and event planning, and generated revenue growth through various events. Lauren has also worked at The University of Texas at Austin, ESPN, Chicago Bears, CBS Chicago- WBBM-TV, Golden State Warriors, Feast Catering & Events, and Oakland Raiders in various roles and internships, gaining experience in areas such as assistant development management, production assistance, media relations, sports department intern, community relations, and marketing management.

Lauren Hall earned their Bachelor's degree in Business/Corporate Communications from Sonoma State University, where they attended from 2003 to 2007. Lauren furthered their education by pursuing a Masters degree in Sports Administration at Northwestern University from 2008 to 2010.
