Jonathan Krafft SHRM-CP is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as a Human Resources Manager and previously as a Human Resources Generalist at The Villages since October 2020, Jonathan has also held positions at Walmart Distribution Center as an HR Clerk and at Lock Joint Tube as a Receiving Clerk. Jonathan's career began with roles in sales and customer service, including management at Genius Phone Repair and as a Sales Consultant at Sprint. Early experiences include a quality co-op position at Metal Technologies and several internships focused on video production and ministry work. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Science in Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Education Ministry from Huntington University, and previously studied Business Administration at the Indiana Institute of Technology.
