The Villages
Kathy Stagg, MSW, LCSW, serves as the Clinical Director and Post Adoption Supervisor at The Villages, a role held since April 1996, focusing on pre- and post-adoption services, including counseling, case management, and homestudy assessments. Kathy is certified as an adoption competent therapist through CASE. Previously, Kathy was a contractual Home Study Assistant for MLJ Adoptions from November 2015 to February 2020, conducting home studies and post-adoption assessments for international adoptions. Earlier experience includes serving as a Case Manager at Hamilton Center from July 1993 to April 1996, specializing in family preservation case management for parents involved with the Department of Child Services. Kathy holds a Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Southern Indiana and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Kentucky Christian University.
