Wraparound Facilitator at The Villages

Terri Airgood has extensive experience in mental health and community support, currently serving as a Wraparound Facilitator at The Villages since September 2008, where responsibilities include conducting comprehensive assessments and collaborating with team members to develop and implement care plans. Prior to this role, Terri worked as a Wraparound Coordinator at Howard Regional Health System from April 2003 to September 2008, focusing on creating an integrated System of Care for families and children with serious emotional challenges. Earlier experience includes serving as an Employment Specialist at Howard Community Hospital from August 1993 to February 2000, demonstrating expert psycho-social assessment skills and effective communication within a multidisciplinary team. Terri holds a Master of Science in Elementary Education and Teaching from Purdue University Fort Wayne and a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education and Teaching from Franklin College.
