Theron Long has significant experience in the field of social work and case management, currently serving as a Foster Care Case Manager at The Villages since August 2022. Previous roles include Family Case Manager for the State of Indiana and Family Consultant at Lifeline Youth & Family Services, where responsibilities included assisting clients with employment strategies and court testimonies. Early career experience includes a Direct Support Professional at Indiana Mentor, where Theron was recognized as Employee of the Month in 2014, as well as roles in administrative support within the Juvenile Probation Department and an internship in the Prosecutor's Office. Theron holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Indiana University Indianapolis and an Associate's degree from Ivy Tech Community College-Lafayette.
