Kathy Galica, PHR, SHRM-CP, has a diverse background in management and human resources, with experience in various roles such as Manager of Golf Operations at the Village Center Community Development District and Human Resources Administrator at The Villages Community Development District. Kathy also served as a Benefits Specialist at The Villages® Human Resources & Risk Management and held office management positions at kasper architects + associates and S. DAVID & CO., LLC. Kathy obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Technology Management from Herzing University between 1999 and 2003.
