Akash Unnikrishnan

Akash Unnikrishnan is an accomplished chef with a diverse background in the culinary industry. Currently serving as a chef at The Ville Resort-Casino since December 2023, Akash has previous experience at Loews Hotels & Co from April 2022 to March 2023, and at Taj Hotels in the Food Production Department from December 2019 to March 2020. Akash holds a Bachelor's degree in Catering Technology and Culinary Arts from the Indian Institute of Hotel Management & Culinary Arts, which was completed in October 2021.
