Romain Bourger has extensive experience in the wine and beverage industry, serving in various roles at The Vineyard since April 2010, including Director of Wine and Beverage & Wine Head of Sales, Head Sommelier, Assistant Head Sommelier, and Sommelier. Responsibilities have encompassed managing wine orders, organizing extensive wine lists, curating tasting menus, and conducting wine tastings. Prior to The Vineyard, Romain held positions at The French Laundry at Harrod's, L'Arnsbourg - Baerenthal, and Hotel Du Vin, developing a strong foundation in wine service and hospitality. Romain holds multiple qualifications from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust and the Court of Master Sommelier, with a Professional Bachelor in Service and Hospitality from Lycee Hotelier Raymond Mondon Metz.
