Andrew Sinclair

Andrew Sinclair currently serves as the Vice President of Public Policy Development and Executive Director of the Virginia Chamber Foundation since June 2025. With extensive experience in public affairs, Andrew previously held the position of Director of Federal Government Affairs and Director of Government Affairs at The Port of Virginia from August 2014 to June 2025. Andrew's earlier roles include Government Affairs Director at Organization Management Group Inc., Program Manager and Program Specialist at Hampton Roads Partnership, Membership Coordinator at Hampton Roads Chamber of Commerce, and Business Education Coordinator at the Small Business Development Center of Hampton Roads. Andrew has been active as a volunteer with the Boy Scouts of America since June 2000, contributing in various capacities including Pack Committee Chair and Assistant Scoutmaster. Andrew earned a BA in Philosophy and Religion from Hampden-Sydney College between 2000 and 2003.
