James Downey

James Downey is currently the Surgical Coordinator at Virginia Spine Institute, a position held since March 2016. In addition to this role, James has served as a College Football Official for the NCAA since September 2012, officiating Division 1 football games for the Ivy League, the Patriot League, and the Colonial Athletic Association. Prior to these positions, James worked as an Administrative Manager at ACE PTSMI from February 2014 to March 2016, where responsibilities included overseeing administrative functions after beginning as a PT technician. James holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Services/Allied Health/Health Sciences from James Madison University, obtained in 2011.
