Shruthi Prabhakar is an incoming M.D. candidate at Virginia Tech Carilion School of Medicine, where studies will take place from 2022 to 2026. Currently serving as a medical assistant at Virginia Spine Institute since August 2020, Shruthi collaborates with healthcare professionals on pain management and efficiently manages clinical duties. Previous experience includes roles as a learning assistant, research assistant, and patient care coordinator at various institutions, including George Mason University and Burke Allergy and Asthma Center. Shruthi holds a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience with minors in Computational Data Sciences and English from George Mason University, completed in 2020.
