Demetrius Spencer

Demetrius Spencer is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive, currently serving as Co-Founder and CEO of The Launchpad Group since 2015, and as Founder and CEO of Risewear since 2016. Spencer also founded and leads Ball Up and One Media Worldwide, both established in 2010 and 2009 respectively, as CEO. Additionally, Spencer holds a partnership position at The Virtual Reality Company since 2014. Spencer's extensive experience in the music industry includes a tenure as Senior Vice President at Universal Music Group from 2000 until December 2009. Spencer is an alumnus of California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
