As the Managing Partner: Sales/Marketing/IT, Tiffany plays a key role in the Vision team. She joined Vision full-time in 2006 after working part-time while she obtained a BS Degree in Community Health. Tiffany has years of experience growing up in the industry and is very skilled at identifying, evaluating, and placing staffing talent.
Over the years, she has moved through the ranks, from administrative assistant, recruiter, managing and developing the Vision team as the Director of Staffing, to increasing growth and revenues as an Operations Manager and now leads the company as a Managing Partner, overseeing the Sales/Marketing/IT aspects of the business. Tiffany’s emphasis on the importance of technology, innovation, and customer service helps drive The Vision Companies forward and creates a strong footprint in their industry.
She is involved nationally working with the American Staffing Association and has been on the Board of Directors for their local state association, Minnesota Recruiting and Staffing Association (MNRSA) since 2009 and served as the President of MNRSA in 2017.
She truly enjoys her job and tries to bring out the best in others and create opportunities wherever she can find them by working hard and moving forward. She believes in finding the right person, not the first person to fit each company’s needs one Person at a Time.
