Martha Session

Martha Session is an experienced healthcare professional with a strong background in nursing and case management. Since September 2013, Martha has served as an RN Case Manager at VNA of Texas, where responsibilities include coordinating patient care and managing clinical caseloads. Prior to this role, Martha worked as an RN at Texas Health Resources from February 2012 to September 2013, and earlier held the position of Physical Therapy Technician at the same organization from November 2007 to December 2011.
