Erik Hansen

Erik Hansen is the current president of The Vita Companies. Erik has held this position since June 2011. Prior to that, they were a claims analyst with the company for four years. Before joining The Vita Companies, Erik was a seasonal mailing manager for six years with another company. Erik has over twenty years of experience in the customer service and client relations field. Erik is a highly efficient and effective communicator, with a deep understanding of Section 125 Flexible Spending Account regulations. Erik is also a skilled trainer, having assisted with the development of several training programs. Erik is an expert in managing high volumes of claims and consistently maintains a turnaround rate of less than 24 hours. In their free time, Erik enjoys spending time with their family and friends, as well as playing golf and tennis.

Erik Hansen attended San Francisco State University, Lam Family College of Business where they studied business administration with a focus in finance and international business. Erik then went on to Pepperdine University for their MBA. Erik also has a certification from the California Department of Insurance in Resident Insurance Producer - Accident and Health Agent & Life-Only Agent.

They are on a team with Jason Lombardi - VP, Operations, Lindsey Doukas - Director of Product, and Caroline McGrath - VP, Benefits. Their manager is Karl Hansen, CEO.
