Paul Sesay

Paul Sesay is a prominent leader in promoting diversity and inclusion across various sectors in the UK. As the Founder and CEO of The Inclusive Top 50 UK Employers, Paul champions the recognition of organizations committed to inclusivity across all protected characteristics. In addition to leading the Precedent Group, which focuses on diversity-driven recruitment services, Paul is also the Founder and Director of The National Diversity Awards, aiming to celebrate positive role models within diverse communities. Paul has founded and directs Inclusive Companies, which honors inclusive employers and diversity advocates through the Excellence in Diversity Awards. As a sports journalist for The Voice Newspaper and a co-founder of Black Leaders UK, Paul actively works to bridge gaps and address systemic barriers for black individuals in society.
