Alexandria Gillis is an accomplished senior manager in people operations with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as Senior Manager of People Operations at The Voleon Group since January 2025, Alexandria previously held the position of Senior Director of People Operations at Bidgely from March 2018 to February 2024, where significant enhancements were made to HR by developing Talent Acquisition processes, improving employee experience, and expanding benefits. Other noteworthy roles include Director of Human Resources at Bidgely, where strategic guidance was provided during the transition to a remote work environment, and earlier positions at close the gap CA and the Air National Guard, where Alexandria demonstrated strong leadership in recruiting and operational management.
