Katey O'Connell

Katey O'Connell is an experienced professional with a strong background in leadership recruitment and coordination. At The Voleon Group, Katey served as Candidate Lead and Executive Assistant from November 2023 to October 2024. Previously, at Meta from September 2018 to May 2023, Katey excelled as Leadership Recruiting Coordinator, overseeing global senior leadership recruitment and developing onboarding programs for high-level roles. Earlier experience includes roles at Facebook as Learning and Development Leadership Coordinator from November 2017 to July 2018, and at Long Island University as IT Project Coordinator from August 2016 to September 2017. Katey began a career at IVCi as Video Conference Producer in early 2016. Education includes an Associate of Arts degree in American Sign Language from Nassau Community College and further studies at Queens College.
