Rana Doumit

Rana Doumit is currently a Senior Technical Recruiter at The Voleon Group, where Rana contributes to the growth of a multi billion dollar company focused on applying machine learning to predict financial markets. Prior to this, Rana held roles at Nexius, where Rana excelled as an Executive Recruiter and Recruiting Manager, earning multiple awards and promotions. Rana also has experience as a Data Analysis Team Lead within the PMO and as a Recruiting Coordinator for international business operations. With a background in International Affairs and Diplomacy, Rana briefly worked as an English as a Second Language Instructor at ALLC International House Beirut in the past.
