As Chief Executive Officer of The W Group since January 2013, Berry leads a mission-driven organization dedicated to improving adult home and assisted living care. In addition, Berry serves as CEO of Preferred Home Care of NY, which has become one of the largest and most respected licensed home care agencies in New York since its founding in 2007. Berry also holds the position of CEO at Preferred Home Care of Florida, focusing on delivering high-quality home care services, and founded Preferred Certified, a Certified Home Health Agency, in November 2020. Furthermore, Berry has been the CEO of The W Medical Group since January 2021, providing comprehensive medical services with a patient-first approach.
