Lauren-Marie Balletta, LMSW, has a diverse work experience in the field of social work. Lauren-Marie began their career at EOC of Suffolk, Inc. in 2012 as a Program Assistant. Lauren-Marie then worked as a Group Co-Facilitator at The Retreat from 2014 to 2015. In 2015, they became a Social Worker at Woodhaven Nursing Home. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as a Licensed Social Worker at Penates Inc. In 2011, they joined Woodhaven Assisted Living as an LMSW and remained there until 2020. Currently, they are working at The W Group, starting in 2020, first as an External Case Manager and now as the Regional Vice President of Business Development.
Lauren-Marie Balletta, LMSW, pursued their education in a progressive manner within the field of Social Work. Beginning in 2011, they attended Suffolk County Community College, where they received an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Human Services, General after completing their studies in 2013. Lauren-Marie then continued their education at Stony Brook University, where they earned a Bachelor's degree (BSW) in Social Work from 2013 to 2015. Motivated to broaden their knowledge and skills, Balletta further pursued an Advanced Standing Master of Social Work (MSW) degree at Stony Brook University from 2015 to 2016. This comprehensive educational background has equipped Balletta with a solid foundation in Social Work.
