Liz Pizarro- Ms

Liz Pizarro has a diverse work experience in the field of social work and business development. Liz is currently working as the Regional Vice President of Business Development at The W Group since November 2022. Prior to this, they served as an External Case Manager at the same company from January 2021 to November 2022.

Before joining The W Group, Liz worked as a Care Transition Coach at Anthem, Inc. from July 2020 to February 2021. Liz also held the position of Director of Marketing at Bronxwood Home for the Aged from August 2018 to March 2020.

In their earlier years, Liz worked at Anthem as a Territory Developer in Medicare Sales from March 2017 to August 2018. Liz also gained experience as a Senior Center Director at PSS - Presbyterian Senior Services from July 2014 to March 2017.

Liz's career began at NEIGHBORHOOD SELF HELP BY OLDER PERSONS PROJECT INC in June 2007, where they initially served as a Team Leader in the Case Management Program until April 2011. Liz then transitioned to become the Program Director of the Senior Network Groupwork Program, continuing their role until July 2014.

Liz's work experience highlights their proficiency in diverse roles such as business development, case management, marketing, and program management within the social work and healthcare industry.

Liz Pizarro holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from Capella University, which they obtained from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, they pursued a Masters of Science degree in Human Services Counseling from the same university from 2006 to 2009. Liz also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Social Work from Alliance University, which they received from 2001 to 2003.
