Felicia DeHaney currently serves as the Director of Program and Strategy and previously held the role of Director of Education and Learning at the W.K. Kellogg Foundation since March 2014. Prior to this position, Felicia DeHaney was the President & CEO of the National Black Child Development Institute from April 2011 to February 2014 and served as the Interim Assistant Superintendent of Early Childhood Education at the Office of the State Superintendent of Education in the District of Columbia from August 2009 to April 2011. Felicia DeHaney earned a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology from Howard University in 2006, a Master's degree in Educational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University in 1997, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Howard University in 1995.
