Lara Das

Lara Das, SPHR is currently the Director in Talent & Human Resources at W.K. Kellogg Foundation. Lara has held various positions within the Human Resources field, including roles such as Senior Officer, Talent Officer, and Human Resources Manager. Prior to joining W.K. Kellogg Foundation, Lara worked at MPI Research as a Sr. HR Professional. Lara obtained their MBA in Human Resource Management from Xavier Institute of Management(XIM Bhubaneswar) in 1994.
