Ricardo Benavidez

Ricardo Benavidez, MPA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership, strategy, and community engagement. Currently serving as Associate Director at Ktisis Capital and Fellow at the W.K. Kellogg Foundation, Benavidez plays a vital role in fostering local leadership to drive transformational change. Additional responsibilities include serving as Strategist & Communications Director for West Michigan Progress PAC and as an Adjunct Professor at Grand Valley State University, where Benavidez teaches in the Integrated, Religious, and Intercultural Studies Department. Past positions include Philanthropic Strategist at The Carmack Collective and DEI Learning Coordinator at Grand Rapids Community Foundation. Benavidez holds a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor of Science in History with a focus on Public and Nonprofit Administration from Grand Valley State University.
