Earlier professional experience includes ownership and operation of a local craft and gift store, where coordination with crafters from across the U.S. was essential. Patty's career also includes a background in customer service with Prudential Financial, providing comprehensive support to life insurance customers and agents. Education was completed at Waukesha County Technical College in 2005.
