The Walker Group delivers premier technology solutions, digital marketing services, and support for organizations aiming to maximize their technology investments. We prioritize building meaningful relationships by understanding each client’s unique goals and challenges and matching them with the right services and solutions.

Our mission goes beyond simple business success—we are committed to making a significant social impact. As a registered Benefit Corporation (B-Corp) and Social Enterprise, we actively support social entrepreneurs and innovative leadership efforts that address community issues through financial contributions and volunteerism. In June 2023, we proudly became the first Perpetual Purpose Trust-Owned Company in Connecticut, ensuring that our purpose-driven ethos remains central to our operations indefinitely.

The Walker Group is a great place to work, learn, and grow your career. Our culture is built on collaboration, transparency, and integrity, with genuine care for each other as individuals. This strong culture has earned us recognition as one of the Best Places to Work in Connecticut for the past six years, including a 1st Place award in the Small – Mid-Sized Business Category in 2019.

We invest in our employees' professional development and encourage our team members to engage in meaningful community service, supported by paid volunteer days.
