Chris Woodall is an experienced advertising professional currently serving as the Head of European Advertising at The Wall Street Journal since June 2016. In this role, Chris leads advertising sales teams across the UK, Northern Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, while also overseeing brand partnerships and content sales in the EMEA region. Prior to joining The Wall Street Journal, Chris held the position of Group Head of Agency Sales at Bloomberg LP from June 2013 to June 2016, specializing in digital and broadcast solutions across EMEA. Chris's career commenced at ITV as a Senior Sales Executive, followed by roles as European Agency Sales Manager at VNU Business Publications and International Account Manager at The Economist. Chris holds a degree from the University of Bristol, completed in 2002.
