Richard Rubin

Richard Rubin is a seasoned journalist specializing in U.S. tax policy, currently serving as a tax policy reporter for The Wall Street Journal since October 2015. Prior experience includes tax policy reporting roles at Bloomberg LP from November 2010 to September 2015, and Congressional Quarterly from March 2007 to October 2010. Richard began the reporting career at The Charlotte Observer, where tenure lasted from April 2001 to March 2007.
