Joshua Shelden

Joshua Shelden is an experienced technical professional in the performing arts, currently serving as the Assistant Technical Director at the Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts since August 2017. Prior experience includes roles as Props Artisan at Geffen Playhouse and Props Assistant for the Merola Opera Program, where responsibilities involved assisting with prop rentals, purchasing, and construction. Joshua's background also features a stint as a Scenic Construction Fellow at Cirque du Soleil for a charity event, as well as an apprenticeship in props carpentry at The Santa Fe Opera. Joshua holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Stage Properties from the University of North Carolina School of the Arts, earned between 2012 and 2016.
