Jany Martinez-Ward Esq.

Jany Martinez-Ward, Esq. is a partner at The Ward Law Group, PL, where Jany passionately advocates for the Hispanic consumer and oversees the pre-litigation department since November 2012. Prior experience includes roles as a certified legal intern at the State Attorney’s Office for the 17th Judicial Circuit and as a legal intern for U.S. Magistrate Judge B. Seltzer, where Jany researched various legal issues and drafted crucial legal documents. Jany has also served as a research committee member for The Florida Bar's Chapter 607 Project, focusing on analyzing and proposing changes to Florida corporation statutes. Other notable positions include law clerk roles at multiple law firms and legal aid organizations, contributing to civil litigation and bankruptcy cases. Jany holds a Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Spanish Literature from the University of Florida.
