Erica Gerhart has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Erica began their career in 2010 as a Client Services Assistant and Video Board Director at York Revolution, where they analyzed corporate contracts, coordinated events, and created video board advertisements. In 2011, Erica worked as a Game Day Ticket Sales representative at Washington Nationals and also held roles at Roundtop Mountain Resort as a Learning Center Information and Sales representative. From 2011 to 2013, they worked at the British Embassy as a Passport Examiner and later as a Passport Clerk in the Escalations Team. Erica joined The Warner Companies in 2013 as an Administrative Assistant and Receptionist before being promoted to Coordinator - Private Client and finally to their current role as Associate Director - Private Client. In this role, they manage client service and operation teams, oversees onboarding and servicing of clientele, and maintains performance reporting software, client billing, and client portals.
