Carla Bergman, MBA, PMP

Carla Bergman, MBA, PMP has over 30 years of experience in the field of electrical engineering and project management. Carla began their career in 1989 as a Senior Electrician at Y&S Candies, a subsidiary of Hershey's Foods. In 1997, they moved to Goss Graphics as an Electrical Engineer, where they were responsible for the electrical design of newspaper and offset printing presses. In 1999, they returned to Alcoa as an Electrical Engineer, where they directed modifications to existing coating, laminating and slitting machines. In 2000, they became a Project Manager and Corporate Electrical Engineer at American Color, managing the complete project life cycle for multimedia advertising and insert printing. From 2010 to 2014, they worked at Armstrong World Industries as a Project Control Specialist, assisting in the rolling out of Armstrong's Project Management Program and training project managers on the use of the new system. From 2015 to 2017, they were a Project Manager and Company Engineer at The Warrell Corporation, a premier confectionary manufacturer, where they planned, budgeted, scheduled and controlled projects of all sizes. In 2017, they became the Owner and Chief Operation Officer of LBJ Enterprises, a local distributor for Utz Quality Foods and The Warrell Corporation, where they ran the day to day operations of the business, managed financial records, invoiced and received payments, and tracked and documented the sales for each customer.

Carla Bergman holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Capital College, Pennsylvania State University, which they obtained between 1991 and 1997. Carla then obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification in 2010. In 2012, they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General from Lebanon Valley College. Carla also holds a Project Management Professional certification from 11352.
