Patricia Zwergel

Patricia Zwergel is the CEO & President at The Warrell Corporation. Prior to their current position, they were the Vice President Finance at Graham Engineering Corporation from January 2016 to February 2018. In this role, they led a 7-person staff and oversaw all finance/accounting functions, tax, treasury, risk management, and strategic planning. Patricia conducted the strategic planning process, evaluated the entire organizational structure following a recent acquisition, and implemented various actions to complete integration. Patricia also spearheaded the conversion to a new ERP system in partnership with the VP of Information Technology and co-led a supply chain management initiative with the VP of Operations to implement strategic sourcing. Under their leadership, revenue increased by 59% and OPEBITDA rose from negative results to 7% of revenues for 2017.

Prior to their role at Graham Engineering Corporation, Patricia was the Chief Financial Officer at York Wallcoverings from January 2014 to December 2015 and The Maple Press Book Manufacturing Group from January 2011 to December 2014. Patricia was also the President/Owner at Zwergel Education Resources, Inc. from January 2006 to December 2011 and Controller at KBA North America from January 1989 to December 2005.

Patricia Zwergel has a bachelor's degree in accounting from Elizabethtown College and a master's degree in business administration from the same school.
